I am a dedicated and insightful mental health expert with a deep foundation in psychological principles and unique life experience. I help individuals navigate complex life transitions and behavioral changes through evidence-based practices and logical thinking. My coaching philosophy is rooted in existentialism and collaboration. I focus on developing personalized action plans that address each client's unique goals and barriers to success.

I pride myself in cultural competency. My multifaceted technique utilizes unique approaches to individual challenges while formulating care with compassion and patience.

*At this time, it is not within my scope of practice to prescribe medication, diagnose, or provide psychotherapy services.

My Story

My perspective was shaped early in my naval career as a hospital corpsman. Serving in Iraq, I learned to provide high-stakes care in environments where empathy and quick thinking were vital. This experience instilled in me a deep respect for the veteran community and an intimate understanding of the complexities of trauma, transition, and the discipline required to navigate life’s most challenging front lines.

As a ate-in-life neurodivergent adult, I understand the weight of navigating systems that weren't always built with us in mind. Discovering my neurodivergence as an adult has given me a unique toolkit to help others identify their own cognitive patterns and move from self-criticism to self-accommodation. My identity as a BIPOC and LGBTQ+ individual allows me to build immediate rapport with clients who are seeking a space where they don't have to explain the basics of their existence.
